• Are your mats safe for my baby?

• Yes,  our baby mats are designed with safety in mind. They are made from non-toxic, BPA-free materials and have a padded surface to protect your baby from hard floors.

• Can I use a baby mat for tummy time?

• Absolutely!  Our baby mats are perfect for tummy time, helping your baby develop neck and upper body strength. The cushioned surface provides a comfortable space for this essential activity.

• How do I clean and maintain a baby mat?

• Our baby mats are made with an easy-to-clean surface. Wipe them down with a damp cloth. 

• Can I use a baby mat outdoors?

• We do not recommend our mats for outdoor use or prolonged sun exposure. 

• How long does it take for my order to ship out? 
• Orders placed on our website typically ship via UPS within 5-7 business days. For pre-orders, products will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. 

• What age range are baby mats suitable for? 
• Our mats are suitable for newborns and infants up to older children for play and learning activities. 

• Are there any safety guidelines I should follow when using a baby mat?
• Always supervise your baby when using a baby mat. Ensure the mat is placed on a flat, stable surface and free of any hazards. 

• Can two sets of play mats be linked together to create a custom sized larger mat?
• No, at this time, our mats are only 4' X 6' 

• Can this be used on carpet? 
• The mats work best on tile, wood, and any flat surface.  We don't recommend them on high pile carpets because the teeth connecting the mats will get loose. 
• Can the mats be used outdoors?
• The mats are not intended to be used outdoors, but we have seen people using them on the deck or at the park.  Long sun exposure may cause the designs to fade.  
• Do you ship internationally?
• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
