Return Policy

Our Return Policy: 

If you’re not happy with your item we offer refunds on unopened and unused items with the packaging seal still in tact within 14 days of delivery (minus a $40 return shipping/restocking fee per box shipped).

To initiate a return, please send an email to styledplayinc@gmail.com and include your order number. 

Defective Products: If you believe your product is defective, please discontinue use immediately and contact us for further assistance.

Merchandise received damaged must be reported to our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to be eligible for a replacement. 

• All sale items are final sale
• Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. If it was a gift, it can be exchanged for a Styled Play E-Gift Card.
