Warranty

Styled Play is committed to quality. If you believe you have received a defective product, please immediately discontinue use of the product and contact us to submit a warranty claim. Please send the following information to our Customer Care team at styledplayinc@gmail.com 

We are proud to provide a 60 day limited warranty on defective products. This warranty is only valid when products are used for their intended purpose. Damages or defects resulting from the following circumstances are not covered under the warranty-

  • Accidents such as staining, soiling, puncturing or cutting
  • Damage caused by heavy furniture or equipment
  • Damage caused by pets
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning methods/materials

 

  •  Your original order number (If you received the item as a gift, please provide the name and/or email address of the gift giver)
  • A photo of the described issue
  • Confirmation of your shipping address

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to be eligible for a replacement.
